I missed two days of logging my food diary.
I just finished recording my food intake for today. No
dinner yet and I am already hitting 2400 calories approx.
Do I give up again?

Mental exercise: Picture yourself in the most relaxing
place of vacation. Your favorite vacation spot. Place to be.
Picture yourself as healthy, as fit as you can possible
be.
What do you look like?
What do you feel like?
What is different about you?
What would you do with your newfound health and fitness?
What is it maybe God is calling you to do?
What is in your heart that you feel passionate to do?
What would that BIG DREAM be for you?

could be? What is it that you can honor God with?
Transformation is possible.
Key Area #2 What
type of exercise do you enjoy doing?
The best exercise that will get you in shape is the one
you will do. What do you enjoy?
Identify your fitness personality. Are you a solo
exerciser?
Are you a social exerciser?
Or are you a little of both?
Be intentional. Schedule your exercise each day like any
other appointment.
Get a buddy to encourage you in your fitness goals.
Focus on dreaming BIG and being DANIEL STRONG.
