I am doing the gospel reflections for tomorrow Dec.1, 2025.

It is the death anniversary of my paternal grandfather, Calixto de Leon, Sr.

A week ago, Nov.24, it was  the death anniversary of my maternal Grandmother, Lucia Borja Roque.

I remember the year 1980, mom was pregnant with our youngest sibling at 45 y/o.

She had to be in Manila for her mom's burial then come back right away to Zamboanga City for her father in law's burial as well.

Earlier, as I was about to open the car door, from our trip to Canadian Tire, I noticed a waft of her favorite perfume.

Thank you mom.

I know you appreciated the effort I put in praying the rosary in remembrance of our dearly departed family and ancestors.

I will declare the saving power of Our Lord Jesus Christ, through His holy angels...last Sunday ( Nov,23) my daughter and family friend, Jo, came home from a birthday party at 330am.

In the intersection of Kenaston and Corydon, they were t-boned by a sedan who was speeding and did not notice he was still on RED LIGHT.

Mari thinks he must have been on his phone since the guy was doing UBER.

Jo's SUV spun 2x.

The other guy's bumpers was smashed and many broken parts littered the intersection.

Praise God for His Saving power. Jo and Mari did not have any injuries.

Thank God, the SUV did not turn over.

Praise God  Alleluia!
