January 29,2026 Thursday

Reflection questions:

How has God’s grace carried you through?

It has all been His wonderful, merciful grace that has been sustaining me lately.

When the back pain gets to be too much to bear...I am at times able to remember to give it back to Him. Offer it to Him.

For Him to use.

Some say, He might use it to release some souls in purgatory.

So be it.

I pray further for the grace not to complain or be anxious.

Again, easier said  ( or written) than done...

But, I resolve to place my faith and trust in Him and His Son's most sacred Heart.

How are you allowing your light to shine in your daily life? Are you revealing the goodness of God through your actions, or is your light hidden away?

Last Sunday, while we were waiting for the surprise party to start...I was inspired to quote the Sunday's gospel readings, a quote from it on my FB page.

I felt the gospel so much alive when Father Eric Giddins was giving his homily.

It was so refreshing and energizing.

A good friend saw me in the youtube broadcast of the 9am mass.

So, I said to myself, what the heck, let me let God's light shine through my Sunday and my FB post.

Here is the link of the mass:

So, thus, there will be no doom and gloom for those who are suffering.

This I claim in Jesus most mighty name.
