V. Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and enkindle in them the fire of your love.
V. And you shall renew the face of the earth.
O God, who instructed the hearts of the faithful by the light of the Holy Spirit, grant that by the gift of the same Spirit we may be truly wise and ever rejoice in his consolation. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
The Sun is
beating down into the kitchen and dinning areas. Super bright. I had to change
my position since the glare blocked my vision of the laptop screen.
My youngest
is busy preparing her dish for the day, Mac&Cheese.
Her dad was
so pleased at her yesterday for making Sweetened Banana ( Saging Saba).
Last night,
coming home from work, I felt so parched and exhausted despite the regular
hydration I got.
Oh well,
reminder to better take care of this temple of a body I am blessed with.
In that
regard, I would like to thank the following powerful saints for their incredible
intercession:
St. Charbel
Maklouf of Lebanon
St. Gemma Galgani
of Luca

Today’s
gospel reading is about the leper who approached Jesus for healing.
His
positive posture of faith is the one that saved him.
“I know it
is Your will that You want me healed.”
I give You
Praise! I give You Thanks My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for Your gift of
healing.

Gospel
reflection questions:
What is your inner disposition and
intention when you ask God for something?
What miracle has
Jesus done for you? How did this change your life?
How do these two contrasting
stories in our readings resonate with you in your spiritual journey?
